DTF Printing — Full-Colour, Detailed Custom Designs
What is DFT?
DTF prints your design onto a special PET transfer film using pigment ink, coats it with a hot-melt adhesive powder, then heat-presses it onto the garment. The design sits as a durable printed layer on the fabric surface.
Why Choose DFT Printing?
Full colour, photo-quality, gradient designs — no colour limit the way screen printing has
Works on cotton, polyester, blends, and dark/coloured fabrics without extra costs for a white underbase
No per-colour setup fee, so it's cost-effective even for small quantities with multi-colour logos
How it works?
Design finalised as a digital file
Printed onto PET film using CMYK + white ink
Adhesive powder applied and cured
Heat-pressed onto the garment, film peeled off
Quality check and packing

- Print has a very slight raised texture, noticeable to touch
- Screen printing becomes cheaper once you’re past a few hundred pieces of the same design
